Peeking at Office Playthings: The Cube Toy Safari begins

No, this is not about the hot writer in the cube down the hall. Rather, its a quick peek at the many toys my co-workers proudly display at their workstations. I work in a creative department for a local tv network and a lot -- if not all -- of my co-workers enjoy various doodads. From serious collectors to kids-at-heart, here's the start of a gallery I'm calling the Cube Toy Safari. First up, art director and painter Reybert Ramos' Rock and Roll toys. The 6-inch Mcfarlane Elvis '68 Comeback figure was originally released by Mcfarlane Toys in 2004. The first in a series, the set featured Elvis Presley as he was seen in a 1968 television performance that later became known as the Elvis Presley Comeback Special. The toy includes backdrop, chair, mic and guitar accessories. The legendary Led Zeppelin guitarist is immortalized in plastic for the first time!
